As a PAIRE employee, you may have questions regarding your benefits, leave, or employment status. The information below is to assist you in understanding what it means to be a PAIRE employee. PAIRE has introduced an employee referral program! If you have a friend or colleague who might be a good fit, refer them to our job postings at www.paire.org/hr/jobs and ask them to list your name on the application form when they are asked how they found out about the job. If your friend / colleague is hired, you will be eligible for a $25 gift card after they have completed their first 30 days on the job. Without Compensation Appointment Requirements

All PAIRE employees are required to have a completed Without Compensation Appointment (WOC) with the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS). The WOC appointment consists of background clearance, online trainings, fingerprinting, TB tests, education verification, and other components. The WOC appointment is managed by the Research office at the VAPAHCS.
